Renting a villa is simple, safe and secure, and our team members are available to help you step along the way. In order to book the villa, fill our enquiry form or call our concierge team. We’ll take it from there, guiding you every step of the way and booking your villa for you. Upon request, we can also send you specific information about the villa and rooms.
PLANNING YOUR VACATION
When you get in touch with us, a property manager will familiarize you with available services, the special requests we honor, and match your requirements to perfectly matching solutions. He will also meet you in the airport upon your arrival and help you plan all the elements of your stay, so you can only focus on fun and relaxation.
CONFIRM YOUR STAY
Please go through the rental contract outlining all pertinent details covering your stay at the chosen villa. They include terms related to security deposit, check-in/check-out, and maintenance. Feel free to reach out with any questions or clarifications you may have. After you’ve paid your deposit, your booking will be confirmed.
THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Your villa is officially reserved for you once your payment has come through. We require our guests to pay the balance 60 days prior to the arrival. As is the norm, we also insist on a refundable security deposit. After payment obligations have been made, we can finalize the details of your stay and make preparations from our side to welcome you in the best possible way.
